Chivalry Construction is changing the way our customer’s see construction. We’ve identified a major gap in the market for the customer’s want for a personalized construction experience. Being, the most experienced granny flat and cheap duplex builders in Blacktown, we have been in the construction game long enough to notice customer’s starting to become just ‘another number’ and profits taking the place of customer service.

Therefore we’re bringing it back to basics, ensuring we do the simple things right the first time. We firmly believe when we look after our customer’s the business will look after itself. Chivalry Construction is run by 2 Directors.

Rahman Bahin

Rahman Bahin comes to Chivalry Construction having worked for Australia’s largest retail bank (Commonwealth Bank) in addition to working for Australia’s number 1 luxury car brand (Mercedes Benz). Having being involved in numerous strategy projects and innovations at Commonwealth Bank as an analyst as well as the sales and negotiation skills gained from Mercedes Benz, Rahman has developed an impressive skill set.

Rahman is in charge of the office side of things of Chivalry Construction, dealing with:

  • Sales/Marketing
  • Design/Approvals &
  • Contracts/Colour Selection

Nawid Rasuli

Nawid Rasuli comes with close to 10 years’ experience in carpentry highly skilled in woodwork & joinery. In a commercial application, Nawid has worked on a broad range of projects – from office blocks & retails stores to childcare centres and government buildings. Nawid is the Three Stripes of the Construction aspect of Chivalry Construction. The benefit our customers will have is they will be able to deal with him DIRECTLY.

Nawid is able to apply skills to a wide range of settings, having worked on:

  • Minor & Major renovations
  • Structural work such as timber frames, floorings, architraves/skirtings, to window installation,
  • Decking and attic conversions.

In addition to this managing projects from a range of settings. In a commercial application, Nawid has worked on a broad range of projects – from office blocks & retails stores to childcare centres and government buildings.
